Surf and Yoga Retreat

Moroccan beach sunset

This authentic, unique Moroccan Surf and Yoga retreat will revitalise & re-energise your spirit whilst allowing your wild side to indulge in the ultimate surfing adventure. Choose between 1 or 2 yoga classes a day for the full yoga immersion.

Combined yoga and surf holidays

Each day begins with a 60 minute dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga class, to awaken your body and mind, preparing you for your surfing day ahead.  Setting intentions and goals, we work on aspects of our lives which may feel challenging or uncertain. Focusing on unblocking any negative energies in the body, we work at bringing these shadows into light.

After a buffet breakfast, it is time to head out to the waves for your surf lesson with our lovely ISA qualified surf coaches. Your deliciously filling vegan lunch will be taken with you, to eat whenever you need to re-fuel and afternoons are yours to practice your surfing, or to relax on the beach with a book and a mint tea.

Before dinner, become immersed in your restorative yin yoga practice, bringing a sense of total well-being to your mind and body. Focusing on deepening your connection with your mind, body and breath, we work through a rejeuvenating practice, working into deep connective tissue to stretch, restore and relax your entire being.

Surf progression aided by health, fitness and wellbeing is our ethos, so come to us to take your surfing up a level, to refresh your mind and body and become immersed in the wonders of an ancient culture.
